"I had a horrible experience with Jody Jordan's office. He said his office sent me texts and called me about adding my bank loan number and settong up directvdeposot but it is not true. Jody called me 14 times to set up the policy but did not follow up on billing. I checked my messages and texts and did not receive any. Watch out for Jody - he liesI.

I had a second weak performance when submitting a claim. I don"t think the employees there know how to help a customer. If a customer is having a concern with a claim, etc. - that is why the broker is there - to helo. They do not helo until you press the issue."
