I have canceled my policies due to reasons that it appears will probably be disputed anyways with the responses I am seeing here. I used to have good service here but that has changed in the recent year or 2. Being hung up on when I ask your name was the last straw for me. I could go on about my terrible encounter but for what?? So they can respond with a snark remark like in other reviews?? No thanks! But I now have others that will be canceling their policies as well due to this lack of customer service and disrespect. I would have recommended this office prior to 2 years ago....but definitely not now unfortunately! The positive of this is now I'm paying less and for more coverage through Geico. Blessing in disguise I guess..."
